Island Homes Standard Specifications for Fixtures, Fittings and Finishes

Island Homes has a continuous product development process; therefore prices, plans, fixtures, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice or obligation. Renderings and floor plans are artist’s depictions only and may vary from the completed home. Square footage calculations are estimated and approximate. The items below represent our standard component specifications. We offer options & upgrades to most items.
